Firsts

The past couple of days baby bee has had some really important firsts. It was her first trip to the zoo where she could actually see the animals, her first real swim in the pool, and her very first Popsicle!

The past few times I've been with her to the zoo  she's shown little to no interest in the animals and yet for some reason in my quintessential mom voice I kept telling her to say "hi" to the (insert any animal name here). It's a completely unavoidable annoying thing moms do... Say, "hi!" well before their child has exhibited any ability to do so. Well this time without any coaching she stuck out her little arm and said "HI!" To the orangutans! It was a proud moment had by all and thanks to the iPhone it was documented as well as a few other firsts. 

Because all babies should be wrapped up like a little sausage after a good swim with daddy.
